"Unfortunately, it took me over 20 minutes to get checked in. At most hotels, that happens in less than five. There was a conflict in the amount to be paid and after getting that squared away on my check-in night, I ended up seeing the old amount on my bill after I returned home. I was clearly ripped off and will NEVER stay at that hotel again."

This Best Western is located approximately four miles from historic Cocoa Village and 35 miles from Orlando International Airport.
